Finasteride or Dutasteride (Men's version)
Your trichologist selects the appropriate DHT blocker based on your case. Finasteride reduces DHT ~70%; dutasteride reduces it up to 95%. The choice and dose are yours to decide with your clinician.
Spironolactone (Women's version)
The primary oral anti-androgen for women, blocking androgen receptors to reduce hormonal follicle miniaturization. Dose adjusted per your hormonal profile.
Oral Minoxidil
Combined at your prescribed dose (1mg or 2.5mg) for systemic follicle vasodilation. Delivers the same proven growth activation as standalone oral minoxidil — in the same capsule as your DHT blocker.
Vitamin D3
Vitamin D receptors (VDR) are expressed in hair follicles and play a role in the hair cycle. Low vitamin D levels are associated with alopecia areata and telogen effluvium. D3 inclusion supports overall follicle health and is commonly deficient in hair loss patients.
